Agreement and site use

By using this site or ordering, you agree to these Terms, our Refund, Return & Chargeback Policy, and our Privacy Policy. You must be 21 or older and authorized to act for the company on the order. Site content is for lawful, non-commercial use and may not be copied, sold, or distributed without permission.

Research use only

Products are sold only for legitimate laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption or for diagnostic, medical, or therapeutic use. By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or authorized company representative and will lawfully and safely handle, store, use, and dispose of the products. We may reject or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with these rules.

Accounts, orders, and payment

You must maintain an account and provide accurate contact, company, research-field, and payment information. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. We may correct errors, limit quantities, verify information, or reject or cancel an order. An order is accepted only after review and payment approval.

Payments

Available payment methods, if any, are shown at checkout and may change. We do not guarantee that any specific payment method will be available. By submitting an order, you authorize American Purity Labs and its payment provider to charge or debit your selected payment method for the order total.

If ACH/e-check is offered, you also authorize any single debit and account-validation micro-entries disclosed at checkout. These authorizations apply only when you select ACH/e-check.

Refunds, returns, and chargebacks

Our Refund, Return & Chargeback Policy controls cancellations, damaged items, refunds, and payment disputes.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, content, and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site or its information will be complete, current, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, American Purity Labs and its providers are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for a transaction will not exceed the amount you paid for that transaction.

You agree to cover third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

General terms

You must follow all laws that apply to your purchase and research. We may suspend accounts that create legal, safety, fraud, or payment risk. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. These Terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement. If one part is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
